My recent stay at this hotel in Shantiniketan was a mixed experience, but overall, it was a decent getaway. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my stay.
The rooms, while not extravagant, were comfortable and clean. The hotel's ambiance exuded a tranquil vibe, creating a relaxing environment. It's evident that the management prioritizes cleanliness and maintenance.
The food, however, fell slightly below expectations. While the variety was there, the taste was somewhat average. There's room for improvement in terms of culinary offerings, but it didn't overshadow the overall positive aspects of the stay.
The location of the hotel in Shantiniketan is convenient, providing easy access to key attractions. The serene surroundings and well-kept garden areas added to the pleasant atmosphere, offering a nice escape from the hustle and bustle.
I appreciate the efforts of the staff in accommodating special requests and addressing concerns promptly. Their courteous behavior contributed significantly to my overall satisfaction with the stay.
Coming to the hospitality first, the staffs are not yet courteous and polite. If you follow their way, it is all fine or else they do not belong to the hospitality industry. Location- if you are here to visit Shantiniketan, then the hotel is too far from the main spots. You will have to book some other vehicles to get there which is an extra cost. I’d suggest to stay near the university campus itself.
Food- the only thing which is good here. However the prices are too high.
The location was the best part of this hotel. It was located in a very peaceful place, far away from the hustle-bustle of the crowd. The rooms and service were quite average. The food was also a little pricey.
It's one of the best experiences I have ever had . The hospitality of the staffs was really beautiful and welcoming. The ambience was very nice and the location is also very good. you can literally enjoy the solitary and enjoy the soul nature. And coming to the food if you are a Bengali food lover you must visit the place " mache vaat e bangali " . it's just awesome and cheaper than any other place in Kolkata and the serving quality was awesome. In a nutshell it's fabulous. Must visit.

Dip holidays is a good hotel to spend with your family as well your loved one's.
The location is pretty good,just opposite the sayar bithi park, if you reached from bolpur station the Toto fare is quite much that can casuse 40 rs.per head, from Visvabharati 1no gate the fare should 25 to 30 rs.per head but if you reached from Prantik station the Toto fare should 10 to 15 rs not more than these...
You can go sonajhuri just by walking distance.
But among those facilities We don't experience good service quality of the Mache Vate Bangali restaurant, we ordered the food at 7.45 pm but they failed to give use food after taking 2 hours, we want our food at room service but they don't want to give the food in room,they just say ...." নীচে কি আসা যেত না!!!" Like that after taking 2 hours at 9.43 pm in night...
Overall, other experiences were good but not the Service for food serving...
The best thing about dip holidays is there restaurant food. I bet the food quality and taste is better than any classy restaurants. Staffs are all well behaved. Cosy rooms.
Though it was a one day stay during our weekend trip, overall it was nice specially the food and services. Nevertheless it is must to be mentioned for the guys who served us extremely well. Sorry I have remembered only one name, Somnath Ghosh among the all guys. There are many bengali cusines in Bolpur but their own , ' Mache Bhate Bangali' I have experienced really good indeed. Definitely I'll come with my family next time. Thanks team for the memorable stay.
